Meet Our 2026 Interns

Camryn Pfundstein
Clemson University - Health Science / Business Administration | Annapolis, Maryland
“Seeing my teammates and best friends get injured and using Arthrex products to get back on the field quickly has always made me want to help people in sports.”
A Division I women’s lacrosse player at Clemson, Camryn brought the discipline of balancing athletics and academics straight into her territory work this summer. She’s starting her MBA this fall and says building trust with accounts in her territory – paired with becoming fluent in Arthrex’s products and procedures – is what will drive her long-term success.
Fun fact: Camryn was part of Clemson’s first-ever women’s lacrosse recruiting class.
Looking back on the internship:
“It shows you exactly what medical device sales is. Seeing not every day is the same. Seeing the grind – when people are light on cases, they don’t go home, they go and sell. And it showcases the culture of Arthrex Washington, D.C.”
Camryn cited how welcoming every team was: “even the managers helped out even though they are extremely busy” – and singled out OR case exposure and a rotator cuff surgery as the moment she realized how much she’d learned about the products.

Ella Dyer
Ole Miss - B.B.A. in Marketing, Sales Emphasis | Burke, Virginia
“I’m most excited about being in the operating room and seeing firsthand how Arthrex products help surgeons treat patients better.”
Ella joined our team drawn by Arthrex’s reputation for innovation and the Arthrex Washington, D.C. team’s culture. A marketing major at Ole Miss with a sales emphasis, she’s built her leadership and relationship-building skills through campus organizations like Phi Mu, Women in Business, and the Ole Miss Business Club. A former soccer player and track athlete, she brings that same work ethic and competitive drive to the field.
Fun fact: Ella was born in England and has moved ten times.
Looking back on the internship:
“I genuinely learned so much. I got to see and do things other internships would never get to do.” Ella said she’d recommend it “1,000%.” OR cases stood out as her biggest learning moment – she picked up medical terminology just by being in the room – and she pointed to the personal connections built with team members as what made the experience stick.
